Same with the numbers of Western Europe. Those definitely do not include office hours work screen time, I’m pretty sure they only measured leisure time screen time and excluded tv watching
Go to any major city in China and you will see thousands of people on their scooters, smoking cigarettes and playing mobile games. Chinese people are absolutely glued to their phones.
