TLDR: a wooden tank decoy may fool a satelite or drone using optical sensors, but it cant fool a SAR satelite since it dosent reflect the same amount of radar waves back as a tank made from metal (unless u integrate some radar reflective material into the decoy).

and there is the possibility thats starlink can be used as DSAR (Distributed Synthetic Apature Radar) combining multiple satelites into a distributed dish, the specs of the frequency bands and antennas would allow for it.
