    I wonder how long they’ve been down there, and if there’s some cartel in Mexico that sees this article and laughs because it’s one of theirs that was lost off the coast of California 12 years ago.

    Oop. Maybe Javier was telling the truth, and we shouldn’t have brutally murdered his family. Oh well.
