    If you’re talking about the hairstyle, yes I would love a way to give my browser bangs! It would look so cute covering the tabs and navigation until you push it out of the way!

        You can assign a word to use in front of your search to pick a search engine in Firefox and that has worked for years.

          @taladar you mean the @ syntax? Yes, on desktop. And nobody knows it. And it’s cumbersome.

            Keywords don’t need @. I’m using g for google, d for duckduckgo, mg for google maps etc.

            @mamus @taladar And, as far as I can tell, not in the search box where I actually run searches on desktop. Only in the address box, which I only use for typing addresses on desktop, not searching.

    It supports them already, there just aren’t any provided by default. They’re called Bookmark Keywords: https://github.com/jameshealyio/bang-bookmarks

    I’d suggest not importing all of them from that list though, there’s a crap load, just pick the ones you want and put them in manually.

    For searches? I think that depends more on your search engine

    You can tag your favorites already.

    Or is it for something else?
