Honestly there are some cheap international flights available depending on when and where you’re going. The price goes down as supply of empty seats goes up, after all. Still, did he accidentally take a cross-Pacific flight? Otherwise he should have noticed at one of the stops before the destination airport.
Looks like there’s nonstop flights from San Francisco, Chicago, or New York.
But then he should have noticed at the airport, or some other point before he got to his photo op with the cows.
This is clearly fake, flight to India would be for example Mumbai or Delhi, not India.
