I’ve been fighting “gift card verification” for two weeks, and tricking their chatbot thing into giving me a human being is a fucking maze. There’s dead-ends where you have to start over instead of going back. In a hypertext FAQ. They did worse than a Geocities page! And then they have the unmitigated cheek to end by saying, “Your feedback is helping us build Earth’s Most Customer-Centric Company.”
