      Looks that way (IMHO) I believe it likely that they drove over there to investigate the step in the bedrock. We’ll know more when they release the mission blog

    Small rock is dead. Long live smaller rocks!

    Did they intentionally instruct the rover to crush the rock, or was this a result of autonomous navigation?

    I wonder what the green crystals are. Malachite? Beryl? Olivine?
