It’s definitely the perm thing lol. I remember enjoying this movie for what it is.
I’ve never disliked seeing Zach galifianakis on screen, but the movie just wasn’t put together correctly and Downey, who I feel was given the short end of this stick dialogue wise, played it too dour for too long.
Still worth it for galiafanakis fiends.
Could be a reference to El DeBarge, Jamie Foxx seems to have been in contact with him
