After a conversation in this community and people showing off their bikes I wanted to share mine too. My Zero AM made by Bird.

Started like this in October -

Over the winter I stripped it down and painted it all myself in pink with a yellow pearl. Replaced a few bits that needed it like headset and BB and serviced everything else.

Current spec is:

XT group set with Raceface Aeffect cranks and Raceface Chester pedals.

DMR wingbars, grips and stem with a nukeproof headset and Rockshox Revelation upfront

Halo Vapour 50 rims with Maxxis Minion DHF 2.8 on the Front and Vittoria Mazza 2.6 on the rear

Generic dropper post and saddle.

I even colour coded my brake levers -

I’ll post my commuter / training bike after I’ve given it a good clean next, if anyone is interested :)

Even coordinated the fork decals! Nice work, it’s a beauty. Time to get some dirt on that paint.

These pictures were its maiden voyage, don’t worry it has gotten plenty dirty since, especially with all the rain we have been having here!

Lol the showing off the bikes made me start the conversion.

But nice bike when I will inevitably damage my paint to the point I will have to repaint my frame I will go for similar color.

It will probably be some combination of colors. Fork, frame and rear rack in different colors.

It is still far in the future but when it happens I will go bonkers with it.

I’ll look forward to it. Stealth black is all well and good but I like some funky colours and a good scheme :D

Nice bike, you ever take it off any sweet jumps?

It looks like the grip paint might be wearing off in the picture, has that proven to be a problem spot?
