I love how “weirdo “ is sticking. Trump has been pushing awful, childish nicknames for years and no one has had an effective counter. “Weirdo“ is bringing the mean girl energy and I love it.

Surprised he waited this long to back out, I guess maybe they thought they’d see if Kamala stumbled out of the gate (which she hasn’t) before backing out. Time for everyone to call the quitting quitter a quitter who quits since he was previously opposed to quitting. Which I guess also makes him an indecisive flip flopper. Weird.

Elections should include a debate aired on a public broadcaster like PBS. Basic and to the point. Not partisan.

Only problem is that the Republican party objects to the existence of such a broadcaster:

      DEFUNDING THROUGH THE BUDGETARY PROCESS

Cutting off the CPB is logistically easy. The solution lies in the budgetary process. In 2022, the CPB submitted to the Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies Subcommittees of the House and Senate Appropriations Committees its budget justification for fiscal year (FY) 2023.

Conservatives (read fascists) hate non-partisan media and do everything they can to destroy it in every nation they take power.

Anywhere, anytime. But put yourself in a straightjacket and hand me the brass knuckles. What a cowardly weirdo.

Why are debates held by news organizations?

Why aren’t they done by some other organization not connected to the media and then the media simply invited to film it, like almost every other event out there?

He’s probably worried about being fact checked (not that they fact checked him last time). Or being asked questions again when he tries to dodge them.
