Exactly, they made a big stink that they were going to start testing them and making them live, but we heard absolutely nothing saying that any tests were successful. That sounds like it would have been good propaganda if it actually was possible.
But don’t worry, they’ll get there before someone else beats them to nuclear winter.
It’ll all be over before nuclear Christmas!
