Russia is doing technology transfers and other bilateral arrangements with North Korea in exchange for which Korea is deploying their special forces into the war from which they will gain modern combat experience… you know, that’s what allies do.
the best US and germany can muster is some weak sauce propaganda: “no big deal, it just north Korea, hehe”
All of this while west is enabling a genocide in Gaza lol
