I’m looking for a front light “for being seen” that can be mounted under K-Edge mount - GoPro adapter. Not looking for something heavier that illuminates the road ahead (thought I might in future). It has to e rechargeable, USB-C preferably and available in EU. Any suggestions? TIA
Lezyne has adapters for their lights, there’s a list of compatible ones: https://ride.lezyne.com/products/1-led-gpad-v104
Would something like this work (just strap it to your handlebars/stem)
Otherwise, i imagine most major manufacturers will have go pro adapters (or third party ones) to adapt.
I used a 3d printed adapter for a cat eye light for a while
That’s an option but I guess it’s less visible sideways as one mounted on mount arm forward.
I have an older exposure trace. Really nice light for all year round, good day flash that lasts a good while, and in a pinch can be used to illuminate the road(would suggest something brighter for longer rides though).
Only downside is the charger is usb micro on mine, but it has been updated to USB C now.

Exposure are top notch lights, I have a big old one that illuminates the road well. I’d need their go pro bracket for this MK2 and then I’m good to go, right? I’ll definitely consider it, thanks.
Yea, so depending on the version you go for, you just need on of the go pro mounts
The boost that I linked is this one - https://www.exposurelights.com/products/go-pro-fitting-light-clip
The slightly cheaper Trace(it is only 150 lumens) is this one - https://www.exposurelights.com/products/trace-action-mount-clip
I don’t know about availability in the EU, but I like this one:

This brand could also be an option:
Looks nice and powerful, a bit on heavy side but cheap. Will check for EU availability (or perhaps from China :) )
NiteRider has a K-Edge adapter for their Lumina lights:
https://www.niterider.com/products/gopro-adapter-by-k-edgeThey’re a US company but have distributors in Europe.
The Luminas are a more serious headlight than you are looking for. They’re great, though. Mine lights up the road on the darkest nights.
A provis/reflective jacket and any low, wide beam light aimed at your chest. (I actually have no idea, but the above is an idea I’ve thought about before. Downside is a light kinda shining in ur eyes…)
The way that high-vis jackets work (apart from being yellow) is that they reflect light right back where it came from, instead of scattering it.
Lighting it up from a different angle might not help as much as you think.
Try holding a jacket and holding a torch at eye level, Vs somewhere else to see what I mean.
