Sorry preemptively if there’s an actual tech support instance for this space, but I didn’t see one linked in !Main.

I can’t seem to log into sh.itjust.works on Firefox. I thought it was some weird mobile shenanigans that I’ve come to expect from phones (mine is current Samsung) but it’s also happening on my Mac Mini.

In both cases, it just spins forever when I click log-on. I really don’t want to be forced to move instances or use this from Chrome or Jerboa.

Is anyone else having this issue? Anything I can do to fix it on my end?

I have been able to login with Firefox 114.0.1 on Linux (I think it was technically 114.0.0 when I did)

I know there is a captcha for registrations now apparently, is there also one for logins? If so, check if your adblock settings are preventing the captcha from appearing.

I tried logging in with a private window and no extensions and it still works. If the issue is resolved now for you as well perhaps it was an issue with the instance that has now been resolved?

Just tried again on mobile android Firefox with a private window (so no extensions since it’s mobile right?) And it still just hung on spinning.

I’ve stayed logged in since creating my account, but trying to log on through Firefox on another computer yesterday gave me the same issue.

I’m posting this on Firefox (Windows), it seems fine here.

A bit of searching turned up other people on other instances having the issue, none of them on Windows.
