    Good luck to them. MLK and Malcom X were critical voices in the civil rights movement, and they were lost too early. If the government was involved (as it appears it was at least passively) in the assassination, they should face some accountability.

      Best case scenario, they get restitution from taxes. Worst case scenario, they get nothing but active abuse from the NYPD.

        They’ll get nothing. Malcolm X is still considered the Black version of a Klansmann as far as white America is concerned. The US government will never admit any wrong doing even if Malcolm X rose from the grave and called them out. They’d just kill him again if he did

      I wouldn’t put any bets on a black person winning a court case. Especially not against the U.S. government.
