    As a Vancouverite might I say…

    Huh, that seems like a very reasonably priced way to afford a home these days.

          True, but, from what I understand from my mother who used to have a (much smaller) RV, far more expensive.

            Yea - RVs end up costing an insane amount of money. The depreciation is extremely fast and the maintenance is really steep.

            Additionally, the fuel costs are absolutely insane.

              That’s all on top of what I was talking about, which is the cost of sewage and water at an RV park. It’s outrageously expensive.

    Well… That just might qualify as a hotel room:)

    Jokes aside, this is one of the few applications of “car use” I’m ok with. It’s predominantly non-urban, it’s not intended for every day use and is for use on off days getting away. If all commuting was done using collective types of transportation and on electricity, RVs would not be much of a concern.

    Until everyone started free camping clotting up the forests, that is…

      Or dumping their sewage in city parks.

      Oh wait, that already happens.

      I don’t approve of any car use that requires people to be on their best behavior in order for it to work out well for everyone else.
