I thought your housing marketed was only second to Canada by how fucked it is or that just for buying.
Buying is full fucked but still doable for the average person. Renting isnt to bad as long as u arent in the middle of a city. But i think the main reason its not as bad as the us is we have a far heigher minimum wage and university debt is fuck all (u pay a couple percent on ur tax every year it starts at 1% for income over 50k/year)
