Each state would have to file and the money goes to that state’s treasury.
Almost like we should have some kind of Federal government that runs oversight for the whole country, and brings criminal charges for criminal offenses like stealing, which is what systematic overcharging is. That would be nice, eh?
Peanuts for them. A large chunk of money for their victims. Any state that does not have their AG going after UHC is probably allowing their citizens to be screwed.
