I bought the TV but let one of my roommates set it up like a year and a half ago. I went to use it for the first time last month, couldn’t find the remote, and discovered it doesn’t have any physical buttons. I’m so pissed, why did they do that?
Are you sure they aren’t hidden somewhere? Our tv has like 4 buttons, so you have to navigate through menus to even adjust the volume, it’s doable but tedious as hell.
The Roku has a phone app that mimics the remote (and actually makes typing much better), so we have an old iPhone 5 plugged in next to the tv running it.
