Ward 7 Councilmember Stephen Tyler Holman won the election for mayor of Norman Tuesday night, defeating incumbent Mayor Larry Heikkila and attorney Riley Mulinix.
Even in times of big losses, we can celebrate little wins. He just turned 40, so if he wants he has time to climb further up the political ladder. Or he might just stick around and make Norman OK more OK.
