In response to a comment in another thread where someone asked if anyone was keeping track of all of the illegal and unethical crap being pulled by the Orange Fascist-In-Chief and Melon Husk, I am posting this as a P.S.A. and resource for everyone finding it difficult to remember every crime. There is at least one journalistic source still committed to the ideal of integrity in the face of fascism. That this beacon of the fourth estate is a satire website is a sign of the timeline we have found ourselves in.

I agree. Because I really stopped keeping track myself after his first term. He just keeps racking them up.
My primary method of keeping track is, at this point, LegalEagle’s analyses of all the illegal crap being done every day. Now, I’ve found this new iteration of the old Horrors list, so I can keep up with more (hopefully)

Subbed! Thanks! It does seem like it is more difficult to keep track of all of the broken laws using what is, primarily, just the texts of the executive orders. I’ve messaged one of the mods to ask if the above list might be useful to help keep track of the less-concrete misdemeanors which are not executive orders and laws.

Yes, the point is that it can’t operate as a satire site in this regard, because the insanity of reality is beyond satire, and they believe that their duty lies instead with truth.
“Media bias fact check” isn’t a good source in itself - McSweenys does have satire, but is a well-respected literary publication. They’ve branched out over the years but this is still very much in their wheelhouse. It was created by Dave Eggers. Quick edit, yes this site itself is literally billed as humor but McSweenys as a whole is not
