When Republicans say Jesus is too soft or too liberal, when pastors literally quote Jesus… Anything is possible now.

Moore told NPR in an interview released Tuesday that multiple pastors had told him they would quote the Sermon on the Mount, specifically the part that says to “turn the other cheek,” when preaching. Someone would come up after the service and ask, “Where did you get those liberal talking points?”

“What was alarming to me is that in most of these scenarios, when the pastor would say, ‘I’m literally quoting Jesus Christ,’ the response would not be, ‘I apologize.’ The response would be, ‘Yes, but that doesn’t work anymore. That’s weak,’” Moore said. “When we get to the point where the teachings of Jesus himself are seen as subversive to us, then we’re in a crisis.”

Republicans get so hard when they think about sending other people’s children to die

And I’m sure the GOP will take kindly to all the Mexicans trying to get into the US to escape an US “special military operation”

I hope that the article is wrong about US going into Mexico, snowballing into a GOP mainstream idea, but I’m afraid they are right

Lol, the US learned literally nothing from what they did to Iraq and Afghanistan. But this time there is no Pakistan, Turkey, Iran and Lebanon to take in 10 million refugees, they will come to the US.

GOP: These warmongering Dems want to send money to defend Ukraine!

Also GOP: Let’s send actual American soldiers to invade Mexico.

Call me cynical but I don’t think that the US will be able to match the spending power of the cartels when it comes to equipment or manpower, to say nothing of ferocity or motivation.
