I’m wondering if we will see a massive uptick in years old pending court cases against police in the upcoming four years. With the current political, judicial, and legislative climate they might see it as beneficial to go to trial now.
In your opinion how is the current political, judicial, and legislative climate, good for trying cases like this? I would have thought that it would be worse.
