I’m Canadian and I think Greenland’s flag looks pretty cool. It’s supposed to represent the fact that the sun stays up all day in summer, right?

Why is the EU needed? Can’t Greenland lease the land to a mining company themselves?
This was a deal with a mining consortium. They just chose to sign a deal with a company that doesn’t belong to people threatening to invade.
Greenland is a Overseas Country and Territory (fucking diplospeak for colony) though and already has a certain level of trade access in the EU.
