Business owners back then got military support to kill striking workers so the stakes were generally pretty high. When bosses start calling in drone strikes on picket lines maybe we’ll start seeing less love for the boot.

Business owners also have knowledge and experts on the last hundred years of business to know how to handle this. They know being too hard will cause unrest and revolt. You slowly turn up the heat to cook the workers.

I can tell you I’ve been feeling the heat for years and it enrages me that others don’t.

Streets should be on fucking fire but instead we have people praising the system that fucks them

Owning the means of production is to take ownership.
Look up “owning the means of production” and “the bourgeoisie” Excerpt from wikipedia: “In a capitalist society, the bourgeoisie, or the capitalist class, is the class that owns the means of production and derives a passive income from their operation. Examples of the capitalist class include business owners, shareholders and the minority of people who own factories, machinery and lands.” “If you can’t beat them, join them”
Sun tzu’s Art of War, Attack by Stratagem: “In the practical art of war, the best thing of all is to take the enemy’s country whole and intact; to shatter and destroy it is not so good. So, too, it is better to recapture an army entire than to destroy it, to capture a regiment, a detachment or a company entire than to destroy them.”

Unfortunately it has statements that most are going fall into: “If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
    And
“if quite unequal in every way, we can flee from him.”

This is because you stand no chance and will only be able to observe; so it is best to create distance instead of fighting.
