You need to see the mechanic. Looks like you have too much blinker fluid.
You probably paid for the wrong subscription. Most BMW owners pay for the tailgating subscription, so they can stay as close as possible to the car in front. Just call your dealership and they can change the subscription from indicators to tailgating for only 499€.
