CHICAGO (CBS) – It was a broken window complaint that led to a 14-year-old boy being shot by a police officer.

But before being shot, the teen had been repeatedly tasered. The intense pain caused the teen to run.

Dave Savini and the CBS 2 Investigators reveal a disturbing trend of who officers are more likely to use Tasers on.

There needs to be a special needs awareness campaign in the US.

Too many times I’ve come across people in my adult life who should know better how to address people with special needs and they just don’t understand it.

Do you really thing people are “unaware” or simply don’t give a fuck? Because if someone is not aware the world is FULL of people with “special needs”(such a patronizing euphemism.) then their problem is they are a fucking idiot who should not be anywhere near a gun. Fuck pigs soooooo much.

Sure, that would be a nice thing to have. But let’s not even imply that this isn’t 100% on the cops. Anyone would have run away if they got tased and were still conscious/mobile. It’s human instinct.
