Canadian artists need to start acting like they mean it and come back to Canada to produce Canadian content. Anglo Canadians want to prove they aren’t just Americans with healthcare? They have to prove that they have their own culture. Quebec and the King can’t be the only things that makes Canada special compared to the US if it wants to stay independent from it.

Canada has made a ton of amazing art. But what they need right now is every Canadian hand on deck. If Myers is able to inspire more Canadian resistance to American threats then he’s part of what they need.
