recipe:
- 500g flour (use whichever, I typically use spelt flour)
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 125g vegan butter (usually use margarine)
- 125g sugar (usually use raw cane sugar)
- 250ml vegan milk (usually use oat milk)
- 175ml sparkling water
mix the butter and the sugar, add the dry ingredients, then the wet ingredients, then knead the ingredients together until you have a nice dough. you could also add some vanilla sugar, matcha powder for flavour/colour, or gingerbread spice for a christmas-y vibe.
