They are so obsessed with what they see in pornography representing the life styles they don’t agree with.

Personally I’ve noticed trans and furry communities on the Internet tend have a lot of porn in them.

Can’t really speak for furry communities but this has not been my experience with trans communities, and I spend a lot of time in them. Trans porn “communities” are far more common than actual trans communities though, because there are more cis people who want to jack it to trans people than there are trans people.

Well the parties basically switched voter bases around the time of the civil rights act so both parties changed. This meme is still stupid.

To be fair the Overton window has shifted drastically, so yes the Dems have moved far left and those conservatives who haven’t moved at all appear to have become extreme.

What far left policies have the Democrats actually passed? Or even broadly supported?

Meanwhile, we went from Nixon creating the EPA to and getting pressured to resign by his own party over Watergate to the current GOP refusing to hold Trump accountable for withholding aid to Ukraine in an attempt to get political favors and trying to overturn the last presidential election.

What does legislation have to do with what somebody’s politics are? The left, as always, is completely disorganized and independent so whatever might get passed cannot be agreed upon. If the right has done anything right it’s their ability to actually band together.

What does legislation have to do with what somebody’s politics are?

When you’re talking about a political party, it’s helpful to look at the actions and policies, since that’s what the party leadership is really supporting. All politicians talk a big game, but actions speak louder than words.

And when taking about a political party, it’s easy to focus on something that someone like AOC says, but the actual party doesn’t share her views. For example, Illian Omar may say that we shouldn’t give Israel aid if they are killing civilians in Gaza but that isn’t a policy that the Democrats would ever support. One member saying something doesn’t represent the party as a whole.

The left, as always, is completely disorganized and independent so whatever might get passed cannot be agreed upon.

FWIW, the Democrats are to the left of the Republicans but they are not “the left”. There are a lot of Americans who hold views much farther to the left than anything in the Democratic platform. Just look at polling around weed. A majority of Americans support legalization but no federal policy has been passed or even been made part of a party platform. And on the state level, most states with legalization only got it by referendum , the people basically forcing the politicians and parties to actually do what the people want.
