If there is a chance for SCOTUS to be anti-union, they’ll take it.

This is accurate for both worker’s unions and the Union that won the civil war.

Note that this is about a temporary injunction directing Starbucks to rehire these workers until the courts come to a decision about whether or not the firing was legal. It is not a decision about whether or not the firing was legal.

    With that said,

they allowed a television news crew into the Starbucks cafe after hours to talk about the union campaign

I find it entirely plausible that Starbucks would fire anyone who lets a news crew into the cafe after hours, even if it had nothing to do with unionizing.

It’s a decision about taking away what little power the NLRB has.

if they do that then there’s no reason workers have to follow the law either.

The slaves workers are bound by laws, not protected by them.

It’s important to note it was a meeting to discuss a union and they brought in a tv crew to record it. Which is fairly normal. Many union meetings have outside staff coming in; lawyers or union reps come to mind.

      “All men are created equal”

      IS SLAVE STATE

      Always has been.

But it doesn’t always have to be this way. Look into a video on First Past the Post voting to understand why it is a mathematical inevitability there will be two political parties.

We can change how we vote at the state level (for now) so start a campaign for your state today!

Of course they do. Btw, you can buy a cool rainbow tshirt to support the union drive at their website. I’m very proud of mine.
