Meal replacements really helped me eat more consistently. I just chug one when i get to work at around 9am and another at 1pm to feel good until i eat dinner. I used to not eat breakfast and snack all day wich was definitely worse.
Which one do you use? I’ve been wanting to do something like this but they all seem kinda gross and expensive, I might try getting like a single bottle or a small pack though.
I tried all I could find, most gave me farts like hell and made me bloated all day. Basically all of them are overpriced BS with way too much sugar and a bloated marketing budget.
Marketing is indeed a big thing with most. And flatulences as well but it gets better when your gut microbiota adjusts. I wouldn’t say too much sugar though (depends obviously) , especially compared to usual ready meals.
I got soylent powder for about 4 years and i liked it. I switched to a canadian brand called sperri that use (i think) better ingredients and i like it a lot.

Try the savory stuff (like huel or Jimmy joy) , I also don’t like the powder in the shaker.
Not who you asked, but I liked Huel well enough that I’ll be re-ordering it soon.
I’ve been using Plenny Shakes for years and I haven’t found anything better. They taste good and actually calm my stomach
