    This is why I voted against legalization in Washington because the way the law is written specifically prohibits being able to have such a venue at all. Even sharing with a friend is technically against the law, it’s really, really dumb. (That and the ridiculous way they planned on testing for DUIs, which would snag people who hadn’t smoked in days as though they were currently high)

    We had a few who tried to go up against state law and essentially make “cannabis bars” but they got shut down really quickly and failed to move the political posts on the rule.

    In Washington, you better hope that either your apartments allow smoking or you own your own property because it’s also not legal to smoke in public ($90 fine). It’s not necessarily well-enforced but it amounts to marijuana being legal but it’s not legal to smoke it most places.

    Literally all they had to do was make it legal to have cannabis bars.

        Depends on the business. A bakery or a taco stand would probably be psyched.

        It would take sooooooo much weed for that to happen. It’s not like hookah lounges and cigar lounges can be smelled from outside.
