      You should do it just because! It can save yours or someone else’s life!

      I have always maintained that basic first aid and CPR should absolutely be taught to everyone.

      Do it! Lots of it is stuff you’d do naturally for someone hurt but having the knowledge and confidence can truly make the difference for the person you help. It’s pretty easy to find courses near you, check community colleges and local extension/parks & rec offices if you’re in a rural area.

        I learned my first instinct should not be to honk their butt. Live and learn, I guess…

        But seriously, I was motivated to at least take a child CPR class when I became an uncle. You just never know…

      Terrain appropriate camo netting and clothing to help hide roadside ambushes? Sounds like you are a supplier. If you are willing to deliver you can also team up with logistics.

    I mean if your propaganda has people dancing and shooting AKs into the sky I don’t think it’s gonna do much but excite the people in the middle east into having a wedding that’s gonna end up on LiveLeak

    If you’re not in dire financial straits, definitely start keeping at least a week of shelf-stable food on hand. More is better, but everyone’s situation is different of course. Especially valuable would be things that can be enjoyed cold and with minimal preparation, this is important for people on the move.

    Having the supplies is just part of the equation of a Supplier, the more important aspect is that other people who are more at risk and have to lay low don’t have to risk themselves by buying from stores or stealing.

    Also start saving cash on hand. A lot of people rely on electronic payments nowadays but that can easily be shut off or tracked for targeted individuals.
