There’s been lots of talk about United killing people through their abhorrent practices and delay tactics.

    But this is literally murder.

Feds can’t prove luigi did lol

Maybe if they can prove it, we can talk jury nullification but so far the man is not guilty and being shameless smeared by the entire regime and their whores

i’m reconsidering my comment now… there’s a good chance that the executive branch is going to do something stupid and try to involve themselves in the process, and it could cause a mistrial.

edit - i don’t think there’s a pardon in his future, either. but the president’s inability to keep his mouth shut might just end up saving this guy from death row (maybe?)

yeah, you’re right, but here’s what i see:

              • option 1: judged and executed under this regime
              • option 2: tried, judged, and sentenced

not to say it’ll be fair, but at the very least it could be legal

I’m saying that conspiring with PAs and NPs to falsify medical records with the specific intent to make sure people die is literally murder.

the other one is united health is infiltrating nursing homes to delay/deny hospital transfer of patients. so that insurance doesnt end up paying for the elderly people.

I cancelled that company as soon as they lost their ceo, and went with another company, which may not be any better. But at least my current company isn’t killing people remotely with DNRs. gah!

I’ll take “Things UnitedHealth customers were saying until this article came out” for $300 Alex.

Seriously though, you have no way of knowing that.

I suppose that’s true, and by the same token, you don’t know that my company IS killing people with DNR, like you DO now know UH is doing.

It’s related, they were also giving bonuses to not send patients from their nursing homes to the hospital resulting in delayed care (worse recovery outcomes and deaths).

Given their history of industrious villainy, it’s safe to say that the answer to that will be “Yes” as long as they’re in business.
