Really should just be saying thank you and bet the MF wasn’t even wearing a suit when he called customer service.

Their brand-new car, their charger, and (evidently) on the spot Tesla says “yeah, this isn’t our problem.” I can’t imagine they expect the person is going to go “Oh, dear.” hang up, then pay thousands of dollars to fix whatever broke.

All you need to know about this person is that they named their car “beast”. You now know everything else about them.

See, calling a little scooter beast is cute and fun, because you’re having fun. Calling a metal monstrosity beast, is not done in fun. The person just screams massive douche.

The only time I saw someone call their truck “Beast” was in Cyberpunk 2077, the owner being a very friendly trans woman.

I bought a used Volvo a week ago, and the dealership gave me seven years of warranty as if the car was new. I’d tell cybertruck owners to suck an egg, but we all know they can’t afford it.

The logic, at least in the farsically sad life of these asshats is that their dumpstertruck will become an instant classic and resell for 5x what they paid.

Unfortunately for them, there is not a single scenario where Tesla, Musk, Trump and GOP are not a ghastly episode in American history we all want to leave behind and forget, fast, along with its vulgar icons, making this an instantly 1500% depreciated and hence worthless shitbox.

They think it’ll age like the Delorean. Except nobody will pick this disgusting excuse of a car to be featured prominently in a movie. I bet if they made another back to the future movie they’d make Biff drive it.

Absolute idiots who need the lesson vandals will give them or investors who are banking on this turd to go up in value in a few decades.

Batteries get damaged quickly if they overheat, losing efficiency and capacity. Leave your laptop in your car in July for a full day of work and report back.

If I had to guess. Motors get hot, gearbox gets hot, battery gets hot. Liquid coolant works better than air cooling alone.

Cooling off hot components is one part of it. Keeping the battery warm in cold weather is another.

There’s a heat pump that keeps the batteries at the optimal temperature and also heats / cools the cabin.

Coolant leak! We have a coolant leak! I can’t shut it down. I estimate 2 minutes to a warp core breach.
